CDPHE Compliance Testing
As of July 1, 2021, Colorado wholesale industrial hemp manufacturers must test all industrial hemp products according to the Colorado Code of Regulations 1010-21. This means all industrial hemp product testing must be conducted at a CDPHE- certified laboratory such as InfiniteCAL. These are some of the strictest hemp regulations in the entire country, which include a list of 106 pesticides with action limits as low as 10ppb.
